New Computer Science Lab Opens

State-of-the-art facilities now available for students with latest technology and equipment.

Gou Educational Institution is proud to announce the opening of our new Computer Science Laboratory, equipped with the latest technology and software. The lab features 50 high-performance workstations, advanced networking equipment, and specialized software for programming, data science, and artificial intelligence research.

The facility includes dedicated spaces for collaborative projects, individual study, and research activities. Students will have access to cloud computing resources, virtual reality development tools, and industry-standard development environments.

"This investment in our infrastructure demonstrates our commitment to providing students with the best possible learning environment," said Dr. Anna Nowak, Head of Computer Science. "Our students will now have access to the same tools and technologies used by leading tech companies worldwide."

The lab is open to all Computer Science students and is available for use during regular campus hours. Special workshops and training sessions will be offered throughout the semester to help students maximize the use of these new resources.

Spring Semester Registration Now Open

Registration for Spring 2024 semester is now open. Don't miss the early bird deadline!

We are pleased to announce that registration for the Spring 2024 semester is now open for all students. Current students can access the registration portal through their student accounts, while new applicants should complete the online application form.

Early bird registration is available until February 1st, offering reduced tuition rates and priority course selection. Students who register during this period will also receive complimentary access to our online learning resources for the entire semester.

The Spring semester begins on March 1st and runs through June 30th. A wide range of courses is available across all programs, including new electives in Data Science, Digital Marketing, and Sustainable Business Practices.

International Partnership Announced

Gou partners with leading European universities for student exchange programs.

Gou Educational Institution has signed partnership agreements with five prestigious European universities, opening new opportunities for student and faculty exchanges, joint research projects, and collaborative degree programs.

The partner institutions include universities in Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, and the Netherlands. These partnerships will enable our students to spend a semester or full academic year studying abroad while earning credits toward their Gou degree.

"These partnerships represent a significant milestone in our internationalization strategy," said Prof. Piotr Wiśniewski, Director of International Relations. "Our students will gain invaluable international experience and cultural perspectives that will enhance their education and career prospects."

Exchange programs will begin in the Fall 2024 semester. Interested students should attend the information session on February 15th or contact the International Relations office for more details.

Students Win National Business Competition

Gou MBA students take first place in prestigious national business case competition.

A team of MBA students from Gou Educational Institution has won first place in the National Business Case Competition, competing against teams from over 30 universities across Poland.

The team, consisting of four second-year MBA students, presented an innovative business strategy for sustainable urban development. Their solution impressed judges with its creativity, feasibility, and potential social impact.

"This victory is a testament to the quality of education and the caliber of students at Gou," said Prof. Jan Kowalski, Dean of Business Administration. "Our MBA program emphasizes practical problem-solving and real-world application of business principles."

The winning team will represent Poland at the European Business Case Championship in Brussels this spring, with all expenses covered by the competition organizers.
